Founder and Shareholder, Sharleen Harilall (CA)SA, heads up the Management Team. A qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in various sectors of the market, Sharleen is an analytical thinker with exceptional problem solving capabilities – a skill which has been crucial to the setup and structuring of Mzanzi Energy Alliance.
Understanding the overall requirements needed for different companies to run successfully, through her experience in auditing as well as being the Financial Team Leader for some time, she is able to identify business and compliance risks with the skill set to implement the necessary controls and procedures to mitigate these risks.
Hailing from a service delivery and FMCG background, Sharleen is able to understand and analyse client’s needs as well as provide solutions to any shortfalls.
Mohamed Yusuf – Director
Having worked in finance within the petroleum industry for some time, Mohamed has seen the best and the worst over the last 10 years where cash flow management has been an inherent skill attained through his experience.
His time in the industry has also allowed him to gain valuable industry knowledge of the products as well as logistics involved in moving the products in the most cost efficient manner.
An accountant by nature, Mohamed is risk adverse and educated in the industry regulations that Mzanzi Energy Alliance faces as a wholesaler of petroleum products.
Strategic relationships and partnerships in the form of Engen Petroleum Limited and Wozani Berg Gasoline respectively is proof that Mzanzi Energy Alliance is driven, supported and managed by a formidable team.
